Mike Rockenfeller receives grid penalty for Race 2

Audi Sport driver Mike Rockenfeller has been handed a penalty for tomorrow’s Race 2 grid, after the Stewards investigated the incidents at Turn 1 right after the start.

The Team Phoenix driver has been found responsible for causing a collision at the start, and has received a three-place drop for tomorrow’s grid.

Rockenfeller’s Audi RS 5 DTM sustained damage at the multi-car collision, with the winner from Moscow having to retire after 16 laps.
