Daniel Juncadella back to Mercedes for Hockenheim

Daniel Juncadella will be back at the wheel of his Mercedes C63 DTM from Mücke Motorsport for the remainder of the ninth and final round of the 2015 Deutsche Tourenwagen Masters season in Hockenheim.

The Spaniard was initially replaced yesterday by Mercedes AMG reserve driver Esteban Ocon, after falling ill due to food poisoning. The Frenchman was 24th and last in the first Free Practice session.

Juncadella has now been given the medical authorisation to return to the competition, and he will drive the number 12, Petronas-sponsored Mercedes the rest of the weekend.
