DTM manufacturers to test upgrades for 2017 at Oschersleben

The DTM will hold a collective test, with the participation of all three manufacturers, in two weeks’ time at the German track of Oschersleben.

There are no exact dates set for the test, which will be used by Audi, Mercedes and BMW to run some of the new common elements and upgrades which have been agreed in the new technical regulations which come into force in 2017, and are yet to be announced.

The development test for Hankook’s new tyres for next season has already taken place.

The only driver confirmed to be taking part in the test is Lucas Auer for Mercedes, with the other manufacturers choosing not to comment on who would be taking part.
