The extraordinary qualifying performance shown by Mercedes AMG and Lucas Auer in this morning’s session in Lausitzring has translated into 5kg of performance weight added to the C63 DTMs.
Auer scored his second pole position of the season with a time of 1:16.193, but his best ideal lap was of 1:16.084, setting the benchmark for Mercedes AMG.
