Audi gain weight and level up with Mercedes on Sunday at Zandvoort

The DTM has calculated the performance weights after Race 1 at Zandvoort today, with Audi gaining five kilograms of success ballast after they were the fastest cars on track in Saturday’s race.

The Audi RS 5 DTMs will therefore run at a weight of 1,127.5kg tomorrow, the same as the Mercedes C63 DTMs, whose performance weights aren’t changed.

The BMW M4 DTMs were the slowest cars, despite finishing 1-2-3 in the race, and will lose five kilograms, with their new performance weight of 1,112.5kg.
