Audi and Mercedes level up on weight after Nürburgring races

The seventh round of the DTM season at the Nürburgring was very successful for Mercedes AMG and equally disastrous for Audi Sport, with the two manufacturers’ performance reflecting the weight adjustments after today’s race.

Mercedes AMG was the fastest manufacturer on track, gaining five kilograms for the coming race, resulting on a new base weight of 1,127.5kg for the C63 DTMs.

On the other hand, Audi were the slowest on track, losing five kilograms, which puts the Audi RS 5 DTMs on the same weight as the Mercedes.

BMW Motorsport was in middle ground, with no weight added or subtracted after the race. The M4 DTMs remain on 1,107.5kg ahead of the next round in Austria.
