Brad Hutchison returns for third campaign

Brad Hutchison has confirmed that he will return to the TCR UK grid for a third successive season in 2024.

Hutchison, a three-time podium finisher, will continue to race for the family-run Bond-It with MPHR squad although it has yet to be confirmed which car he will drive.

The former MINI CHALLENGE racer started out at the wheel of an Audi RS 3 LMS when he joined the grid in 2022, but switched to a Cupra Leon Competición for the final two races of the 2023 campaign.

Hutchison finished eighth in the standings last year and won the inaugural Dan Kirby Spirit of the Championship award in memory of the late racer.

“Last year was hard work, however we showed the pace of the Audi and what we could do with one of the older TCR cars on the TCR UK grid,” he said. “Having the chance to drive the Cupra at Donington Park showed that I am capable of fighting at the front and showing that I have race winning talent.

“Being able to announce my entry early on and staying with the family run team means I have a great base to start the 2024 season. I’m very grateful for the support of Bond It and I look forward to moving up the grid.”
