Robb Holland to drive for Bamboo at Sonoma

American driver Robb Holland will drive for Bamboo Engineering this weekend in place of Pasquale Di Sabatino. Holland recently drove in the British Touring Car Championship for Team HARD in their Honda Civic, and has track experience at Sonoma from the Pirelli World Challenge series.

Holland will race the #29 Chevrolet Cruze 1.6T of Bamboo Engineering in a last minute deal, with Di Sabatino unable to take part for the remainder of the season due to budget constraints.

Holland becomes the first American driver to take part in the WTCC since its inception in 2005, and will drive the car for the first time in testing at 13:45 PST.
