Engstler and Ng confirmed for 2013 WTCC

Liqui Moly Team Engstler are first out in the new year to confirm their 2013 FIA World Touring Car Championship programme with two cars for Franz Engstler and Charles Ng Ka Ki.
“We are very grateful to Liqui Moly for confirming their support and confidence in our outfit,” said Team Manager Kurt Treml.

Engstler and Ng are going to continue driving the team’s BMW 320 TC cars in the 2013 season.
“We are confident that they both will be able to improve their results. Franz is an experienced driver who even managed to claim a WTCC outright victory two years ago at Oschersleben, while Charles has got to know the championship serving his apprenticeship during his first full season in WTCC,” said Treml.

The 2012 season saw Engstler finish fourth in the 2012 Yokohama Drivers’ Trophy and Ng 16th.
