Honda gain 10kg in compensation weight for China

The compensation weights ahead of the FIA World Touring Car Championship weekend in Beijing sees Honda gaining 10k to a total of 30kg above the base weight.

The Honda cars were closer to the Citroëns in the last three events, reducing the gap from 0.7 to 0.6 seconds, but Citroën remain at the top with maximum compensation weight of 60kg.

The gap to the Chevrolet cars increased on the other hand, from 0.5 to 0.7 seconds, meaning that they will drop to 20kg of compensation weight, compared to the 40kg ahead of the previous race in Argentina.

Despite achieving their best result in Argentina, Lada remain at 0kg compensation weight based on their average times from the events in Russia, Belgium and Argentina.
