No official Peugeot team

Jean-Pierre Nicolas from Peugeot Sport has confirmed that there will be no official Peugeot team in the WTCC. The french manufacturer will on the other hand support national teams like Peugeot Sport Engineering Denmark.

“We want to concentrate our efforts on the LeMans programme, so there will be no works touring car team. But we will provide support to our national subsidiaries if they want to go racing in the same way as we help the Danish team,” Nicolas said to Autosport.
