Privateer Alfa expected

Alfa Romeo are expected to support a privateer team next WTCC season. Drivers Mika Salo and Augusto Farfus Jr. are linked to drive two privateer Alfa Romeo 156 according to Autosport.

Alfa earlier this year revealed that they are pulling out their official team after this season with the intention to return in 2007. The new official WTCC tyre supplier Yokohama will do a tyre test tomorrow at Vallelunga for the WTCC teams. The new privateer Alfa´s are expected to be there.
