WTCC or STCC for Rosenblad?

As the entry list for WTCC 2006 was released a few days ago Swedish privateer Carl Rosenblad wasn´t there. Rosenblad has driven WTCC/ETCC for the past two years in the privateers cup. Rumours have indicated lately that he could be on his way back to STCC with his BMW.

– It is still very uncertain, but the ambition is WTCC with perhaps a few STCC races, Rosenblad said to STCC.se.

– We still do not have a budget for a full season of WTCC and we have some sponsor meetings left. We see no reason to pay the starting fee for an entire season, we will instead enter race for race, Rosenblad continued.

– Currently we have no sponsor who might be interested for us to drive in Sweden. But the situation can change and I look positive on STCC.
