Second race delayed due to rain

The second race of the WTCC-weekend at Istanbul is put on hold due to a very heavy rainfall. The first race was done in dry conditions, but as the cars were getting on to the grid for the second race the sky opened. The rain is falling so intensly that the safety car even had trouble doing one lap.
