Will James Thompson stay in the WTCC?

The rumors about James Thompson’s whereabouts next year are many. According to our information the Brit will not continue with N Technology in the World Touring Car Championship. Recent rumors have indicated that Thompson could be on the way back to the British Touring Car Championship, with Team Dynamics being his place to return.

According to our information this is not the case. Team Dynamics are relying on getting a driver that can bring in a budget. But Thompson is looking for a drive where he will be paid. It looks more likely that Thompson will remain in the World Touring Car Championship, and perhaps joining Chevrolet.

So far Chevrolet has only confirmed Alain Menu for a drive next season, with Nicola Larini and Robert Huff still being unsigned. Stay tuned for more news on the subject!
