CibiEmme could run independent Chevy

In the World Touring Car Championship next year we could see a pair of independent Chevrolet Lacetti. The Italian team CibiEmme are reported to be considering buying two cars of 2007 specification from Chevrolet to make an assault on the WTCC 2008 independents title.

Mean while Chevrolet is currently working on the 2008 spec’ Lacetti. The car that Rickard Rydell raced at Anderstorp will be used this week to test out new parts for the coming season.
