Multiple roll at Mount Panorama
BAM Media captured the moment when 57 year-old Sydney driver Len Cave escaped injury after a horrifying high-speed accident during the WPS Bathurst 12 Hour race at Mount Panorama.
Len was travelling at approximately 250 kilometres an hour, the Mazda 3 he was driving, dug into the gravel and then rolled as many as ten times, most were clean in the air.
Cave was able to remove himself from the car, and was assisted by medical personnel at the scene of the crash before being escorted to the medical centre for a thorough check-over. Miraculously he appeared to have escaped serious injury.

The car leaves the ground.

Ready to hit the ground.

The engine and suspension leaves the car.

The fuel line ignites.

The car keeps rolling.

And finally comes to rest.

Take the car away.

Left-overs.

Again, thanks to BAM Media for their images.
