Volvo confirmed to take part at Brands Hatch

The FIA World Touring Car Championship organisation has confirmed that Volvo will take part during the race at Brands Hatch. Robert Dahlgren will drive his Volvo C30, but out side the points as it is nationally homologated. Also announced is that the team will take part later in the season at Monza with both cars, Dahlgren and team mate Tommy Rustad.

In the Swedish Touring Car Championship the Polestar Racing-prepared Volvo C30 has shown potential, but failed to materialize in the races.

Dahlgren has taken two pole positions, but currently is only 11th in the championship. The best finish so far of the C30 is second in the hands of Tommy Rustad at Mantorp Park earlier this year.
