15 drivers with max penalty weight at Macau

A record number of fifteen drivers will carry the maximum ballast weight of 70 kilos during the FIA World Touring Car Championship finale at Macau. The top seven drivers of the championship will carry 70 kilos, from Yvan Muller to Augusto Farfus Jr. The other eight drivers carrying max weight are the race-by-race entries, who according to the rules must carry ballast equal to the average top five drivers.

The total number of drivers with ballast weights is 25, with privateer title runner Stefano D’Aste at the bottom with 2 kilos.
