Imola replaces Monza for 2009

The calendar for the FIA World Touring Car Championship 2009 has been revised. In order to avoid a clash with the Formula One-calendar the Italian round of WTCC has been moved from Monza to Imola. The date has been moved from October the 4th to September the 20th.

Two other races have also been moved. The Oschersleben, Germany, race has been moved from August the 30th to September the 6th.

The Japanese round at Okayama has been moved from October the 25th to November the 1st.
