TouringCarTimes Awards for WTCC!

For the second consecutive year, TouringCarTimes is organising the TouringCarTimes Awards, to find out the best driver, team and manufacturer in Touring Car racing in 2008. The readers of TouringCarTimes will be able to vote for there favorites in five different categories over a period of six weeks. Today the fourth round of the Awards will start, where you can vote for your favorites in the World Touring Car Championship.

The third round, voting for the best drivers and teams in the Deutsche Tourenwagen Masters, has ended. Earlier the election for best drivers and teams in the British and Swedish Touring Car Championship took place in the first two rounds of the Awards.

In the fourth round the battle is on in the World Touring Car Championship. This round will run untill December 28th.

The TouringCarTimes awards starts of with one week of voting for the four main series TouringCarTimes is reporting on.

The results of these votings will be part of the last voting, where the readers can vote on the winners of the seperate series, to elect the overall award winners! This round will be starting on December 29th. This last round of voting will be open until January 10th.

All elections will hold five different categories:

• Best TouringCar driver of 2008
• Best TouringCar team of 2008
• Best TouringCar rookie of 2008
• Best TouringCar manufacturer of 2008
• Best Privateer of 2008
