Tanev penalty revised, Poulsen penalised

George Tanev’s penalty for failing the minimum weight has been revised, after Stewards learned the scale used for the weigh was faulty. This means Tanev’s times during qualifying have been restored. However, Team Engstler Motorsport driver Kristian Poulsen did see his qualifying times cancelled.

The Dane failed to go to the weighing point, which Stewards found to be a breach of the regulations. As penalty, all Poulsen’s times during qualifying were cancelled, meaning he will start from 24th on the grid instead of 17th.
