Rydell wants to break the trend at Brno
Rickard Rydell has not scored a single point for three race weekends, something the Swede wants to change in the coming race at Brno. But Rydell is not expecting an easy match from BMW.
“There are quite many sweeping chicanes and a hilly layout of the track. Traditionally that has suited the BMW’s better,” said Rydell.
“For me the most important thing is to take points after three weekends with zero points,” said Rydell.
Since the last race at Valencia, Rydell and SEAT have done a number of test days at the Spanish track Jarama.
“There are always some settings that you want to try out after a couple of races, something we have done now. There are perhaps not that many similarities between Jarama and Brno, but we feel more than ready,” said Rydell.
