Farfus leads wet Oschersleben practice

BMW title hope Augusto Farfus topped the first practice session at Oschersleben. The track was wet and Farfus lapped the track in 1:50.841. Rob Huff was the second fastest man of the test session, two tenths behind Farfus, in the Chevrolet Cruze.

Tiago Monteiro was the fastest SEAT-driver in third, just four hundredths of a second behind Huff.

Multiple champion Andy Priaulx was fourth fastest ahead of reigning champion and current championship leader Yvan Muller.

Gabriele Tarquini, in sixth, was the first man to be over half a second behind the fastest time.

Jordi Gené was seventh ahead of third fastest BMW man, Jörg Müller. Rickard Rydell and Nicola Larini rounded off top ten.
