Farfus gets reprimand after SEAT protest

Oschersleben race winner Augusto Farfus has been reprimanded by the WTCC stewards after an incident with Yvan Muller. The French SEAT driver was upset after the race.
“Farfus hit me three times, very hard,” said Muller.

“We have lodged a protest because there have been many examples of strange behavior from Farfus and it has not been punished yet. I think it’s time to say enough,” said Muller

Farfus and Muller came together in the first race. The WTCC stewards have investigated the data logs of both cars, plus interviewed both drivers.

The decision was to impose a reprimand to Farfus, meaning that the results remain unchanged.
