Lei Kit Meng to race at Macau

Lei Kit Meng has bought a BMW 320i E46 from Finland to take part in the final World Touring Car Championship race of 2009 at Macau. The Macanese driver entered the race last year with a Lexus but was stopped from taking part in the race due to that it was not in complete S2000 specification.

While he has got a better chance with the BMW, it has not been cleared yet by the FIA for the race and his entry to the race is not yet official.

Meng is regularly taking part in the Macau Touring Car Championship. His experience of the Macau circuit is big as he has taken part in the annual Formula 3 race no less than eight times with 10th position as his best finish.
