Calendar for WTCC 2010 confirmed

The final version of the FIA World Touring Car Championship calendar of 2010 has been confirmed. There are no major changes compared to the preliminary calendar released in June and the Italian round of the 23rd of May is still not decided.

The date for the Morocco race has been changed from the 16th of May to the 2nd of May.

The same goes for the so far undecided venue in Italy that has been changed from the 30th of May to the 23rd of May. The venue is expected to be held either at Imola, like this year, or at Misano.

The main news for the calendar compared to this year is the return to the Belgian track Zolder, where the series has not been since 2005, and a visit to the new Portuguese track Algarve.
