Forster Motorsport rolls BMW on test

The new BMW team Forster Motorsport hit trouble during a two day test at Oulton Park. Driver Martin Depper rolled the ex Matt Jackson BMW 320si on a slippery track.
“I went a little wide and ran over a the curb white line. The back end of the BMW came around fast and the spun the car into the tyre wall, finally throwing me in to a roll,” said Depper.

The BMW was damaged but Depper was completely unhurt.

“Test day over and I was left with somewhat of a bruised ego!” said Depper.

The team’s other driver Arthur Forster managed to get some time in the car before the roll and was reported by the team to be fastest of the two.

Despite the setback, the team is looking forward to continue the test program in mid-January with a repaired BMW.
