Alain Menu crashes at Marrakech

Alain Menu put his Chevrolet Cruze in the wall during the free test at Marrakech in Morocco.
“Basically I messed up. I tried to go too fast into the chicane and the car started to oversteer. I couldn’t avoid hitting the wall but it was my mistake,” said Menu.

“I wasn’t sure what the damage was so I parked the car and they towed it back,” said Menu.

Menu managed to set eight fastest time before the incident at a track which he described as very dusty.

“It was very dusty out there today but that’s what we were all expecting and it will get better,” said Menu.
