Chevrolet reveals 2011 WTCC livery

Chevrolet has revealed the new livery for their 2011 FIA World Touring Car Championship challenger, the Chevrolet Cruze with the new 1.6 litre turbo petrol engine.

The Chevrolet team is currently in Barcelona, Spain, for two days of testing alongside the Polestar Volvo and Chevrolet STCC teams.

The team’s rivers at tomorrow’s test are 2010 champion Yvan Muller and team-mate Rob Huff, who was also testing at Valencia last week.

The new livery has been created by Belgian designer Jean-Paul Vanuf of the Antracyt design firm. The drivers flag has been moved from the bonnet to the roof of the Cruze, with the lightning strike motif incorporating more blue and stretching over the front of the car.
