Tom Coronel tests turbo BMW in Italy

Tom Coronel completed his first ever test with the turbo charged BMW 320TC today. The Dutchman tested at the Italian track Vallelunga with his team ROAL Motorsport.

The test was focused mainly around the new 1.6 turbo engine and Coronel was honest in his first comments.

“It is like a switch, full throttle or nothing. But we will get there, I’m drifting a lot,” said Coronel on his twitter.

The team continues testing tomorrow and Coronel was pleased at the end of the first day, describing it as “perfect”, despite the abrupt throttle.
