Toyota confirm Werner, Rossi, Char & Llaver

Toyota Team Argentina have confirmed their full 2011 driver line-up, with Mariano Werner and Bernardo Llaver staying on, joined by Ignacio Char & Matías Rossi.

2006-2007 TC2000 champion Rossi joins the team from Renault, where he picked up the final win of the season last year at Potrero de los Funes.

Werner, who finished in third place in the series standings thanks to his consistency in a winless season, will lead the team in his fourth year with the team.

Bernardo Llaver, who took TTA’s only victory of 2010 at the Buenos Aires 200km race with Renault-bound Mauro Gialombardo, will also stay with the team this year.

The team’s fourth driver is Ignacio Char, who joins from the Scuderia Pro Racing Fiat team. TTA’s former driver Facundo Ardusso was earlier confirmed at the Peugeot Cobra Team for the 2011 season.

TTA will be testing at the Autodromo Oscar Cabalén next Wednesday March 2nd for their first test of the year.
