Many touring car stars to Bathurst 12 hours

The 2013 Bathurst 12 hour race has attracted many touring car stars, including reigning WTCC champion Rob Huff, former DTM champion Bernd Schneider, STCC and Superstars champion Johan Kristoffersson and WTCC independent Franz Engstler.

There are many V8 Supercars drivers in the race as well, including Craig Lowndes, Jason Bright, Warren Luff, Steven Johnson, Steven Richards, David Russell, Tim Slade, Lee Holdsworth and Alex Davison.

Huff is going to drive an Audi R3 LMS for Peter Conroy Motorsport, Schneider a Mercedes SLS AMG GT3 for Erebus Motorsport, Kristoffersson an Audi R8 LMS Ultra for Phoenix Racing and Franz Engstler with touring car drivers Kristian Poulsen and Charles Ng in a BMW Z4 GT3.

Other touring car names in the field include Darryl O’Young, Craig Baird, Peter Kox and Mika Salo.
