ROAL complete test with both Cruzes at Adria Raceway

ROAL Motorsport have completed a full two-day test at the Adria Raceway with drivers Tom Chilton and Tom Coronel ahead of the 2014 WTCC season, completing over 500km between them.

The test was Tom Chilton’s second with the new Chevrolet RML Cruze TC1 car, while it was Tom Coronel’s first test and effective shakedown with his car, ahead of the season opening round at Marrakech in just under two weeks’ time.

The team focussed on chassis set-up during the two-day test on Sunday and Monday, with Tom Chilton completing 400km of running, and Tom Coronel getting just over 100km of testing in the new car.

Unlike at Valencia, where the team had a minor issue with the rear-wing on Chilton’s car, the Adria test was issue free for the team. The test at Adria is the team’s final test before Morocco.
