Agustín Canapino claims La Pampa pole position

Agustín Canapino claimed pole position for Peugeot Lo Jack Team ahead of the fifth Super TC 2000 race weekend of 2014 at La Pampa. The Peugeot 408 driver claimed pole by just 0.072 seconds ahead of Equipo Petronas Fiat driver Facundo Ardusso.

Ardusso’s team mate Mariano Werner made it two Fiats in the top three by claiming position three on the grid, 0.102 seconds from pole position.

Positions three to six were covered by a mere 23 thousands of a second with Peugeot’s Néstor Girolami fourth fastest with Renault team-mates Leonel Pernía and Emiliano Spataro in positions five and six.

Julián Santero and Christian Ledesma rounded out the top eight, with both being within half a second from the pole time of Canapino.
