Frustrating start of the weekend for Zengo Motorsport
After their regular driver Ferenc Ficza was forced to sit out of the Race of Argentina, Zengo Motorsport suffered from two more setbacks ahead of the race in South America.
After making his debut at the tricky Vila Real circuit, Daniel Nagy will have to start from the back of the grid after the team was forced to change his engine. That means the Hungarian picks up a penalty for the first race, but he will still keep his grid position for the Main Race.
New team-mate Mauricio Lambiris may even not be able to start his weekend at all. Reports say that his engine can’t be started, and the Uruguayan effectively sat out of the first free practice session.
It remains unclear whether the car can be fixed in time for the remaining sessions or Lambiris will miss his WTCC debut.
