Esteban Guerrieri confirms entry for Argentina and hopes to complete the season

After winning the Super TC 2000 feature race at Santiago del Estero yesterday, Esteban Guerrieri confirmed that he will take part in the World Touring Car Championship Race of Argentina in July.

“My initial contract with Campos Racing ends after Vila Real, but there’s a very close relationship with all the team. Even Rubén Espín (Campos team-manager) told me ‘mate, if we can’t work on the budget for Termas de Río Hondo, you will race with us anyway’,” said Guerrieri to TouringCarTimes.

“I’m a person that focuses on targets and just try to let things flow when working for it. Things like what happened to me this year can happen, and I’m really thankful to life for this.”

The Argentinian is optimistic to complete the remainder of the season and when asked if he dares to gamble on a yes or no, he said: “Yes, I see myself driving the whole season.”
