Damián Fineschi happy to return on form in Buenos Aires

Privateer team RAM Racing driver Damián Fineschi qualified a strong third for Super TC 2000 race of 200 km in Buenos Aires 200, expressing satisfaction on being back in the top.

“The private testing we did gave us a good boost, considering our pace in Q3, we’ve definitely improved a lot. We were lacking some pace in the fast parts, after correcting this, my confidence boosted as well,” said Fineschi to TouringCarTimes.com.

Team Escudería Fela by RAM Racing is headed by Victor Rosso, who headed the Honda factory team for many years, and team work is key to the result this weekend according to Fineschi.

“We must work well with our mechanics ahead of the driver change. We must all keep in mind that it has to be done without mistakes rather than quickly. We don’t need a world record for this, we only must proceed well,” Fineschi.
