Ma Qing Hua’s Macau return livery revealed
The livery for Ma Qing Hua’s WTCC return later this month at the Guia Race of Macau has been revealed, with Ma’s Sébastien Loeb Racing Citroen C-Elysee set to carry the colours of the Chinese flag.
The 29-year-old last raced in the WTCC at the 2015 season finale at Qatar with the team, and since has driven in Formula E as well as for Teamwork Motorsport in the TCR Asia and China series.
Ma’s not new to Macau however, having raced there in 2014 as one of his four outings with the manufacturer that season.
“I’m very positive about this opportunity and really pleased to come back to this championship,” said Ma.
“Macau is a legendary place, an amazing city and I really appreciate the chance to do it again this year. It will take a little while for sure to get back into the rhythm but it should be fine and I still have a strong memory from those cars and I still have the feeling.”
