Team Mulsanne fined for post-race celebrations

Team Mulsanne picked up their first win at Suzuka, coupled with a fine as the team spent too long celebrating Kevin Ceccon’s first win in the pit lane, and were handed a 500 EUR fine.

The Italian squad celebrated their first win in the World Touring Car Cup, with driver Kevin Ceccon passing Aurélien Comte’s DG Sport Peugeot 308TCR on lap two and going on to secure the victory.

The team were then rushed to celebrate his victory, but remained too long in the pit lane after the race ended and were fined 500 EUR by the officials
