Aurélien Comte penalised for incident with Denis Dupont

Aurélien Comte has been given a post-race 30-second penalty for his incident with Denis Dupont in the opening race of the WTCR finale at Macau.

The Peugeot 308TCR driver struck Comtoyou Racing driver Dupont at the San Francisco turn on the opening lap.

The penalty, that was added after the race, drops Comte from 17th position to 20th position while Dupont came home in 22nd position.

The second race of the Macau weekend starts at 08:20 local time tomorrow (01:20 CET).
