Time penalties for Mehdi Bennani and Rob Huff in Macau Race 2

The two Sébastien Loeb Racing drivers Mehdi Bennani and Rob Huff have both been given 30-second penalties in Race 2 for a false start at Macau.

The two drivers were deemed as having jumped the start in their Volkswagen Golf GTI TCRs, and so have been given a 30-second penalty, in lieu of a drive-through.

Bennani had crossed the line seventh and in the points, but now drops to tenth,

Huff’s result is unchanged, as the Briton pitted with damage while in 11th place at the end of lap one after being caught up in the Pepe Oriola/Yann Ehrlacher crash at Lisboa, and had finished the race one lap down and last in 24th.
