Points leader Yann Ehrlacher: “I am not happy about this weekend at all”

Yann Ehrlacher left the World Touring Car Cup weekend in Slovakia with eighth position as his best result, but is still on top of the standings.

“It was very difficult conditions for us this weekend,” said Ehrlacher.

“We were expecting to score four or five points and in the end we got 20. But still, I am not happy about this weekend at all.”

The next race is just around the corner with the Hungaroring next weekend and the Lynk & Co Cyan Racing driver is expecting a tough time then as well.

“I expect Hungaroring to be tough as well. We need to push on for further improvements ahead of the next race weekend,” said Ehrlacher.

The Frenchman heads Tom Coronel, who won the second race in Slovakia, in the standings by 20 points.
