Honda Racing confirms partnership extension with Münnich Motorsport

Honda Racing has confirmed it will extend its partnership with Münnich Motorsport for the World Touring Car Cup ahead of the 2021 season.

The team will field four Honda Civic Type-R TCRs for drivers Esteban Guerrieri, Néstor Girolami, Tiago Monteiro and Attila Tassi.

The formation of the line-up will remain unchanged from last year, with Guerrieri and Girolami at ALL-INKL.com Münnich Motorsport and Monteiro and Tassi at ALL-INKL.de Münnich Motorsport.

“We are very pleased that we will continue to race the Honda Civic Type R TCR in the WTCR with both ALL-INKL.COM Münnich Motorsport and ALL-INKL.DE Münnich Motorsport this year,” said team maanger Dominik Greiner.

“It was a big job for us to run two teams for the first time in the WTCR in 2020, but we were happy with our performance and are sure of the lessons we have learned from last season. We are looking forward to the first round at the Nürburgring next month and hope for a great season.”
