Norbert Michelisz heads close second practice as Tom Coronel brings red flags
Hyundai driver Norbert Michelisz headed a close second WTCR practice session at Most where the top four was covered within 0.093 seconds.
The session was red flagged with seconds left as Tom Coronel came to a halt on the track due to a technical issue.
Jean-Karl Vernay made it two Hyundais in the top two, with Santiago Urrutia of Cyan Racing in third spot, 0.079 seconds behind Michelisz.
Mikel Azcona, who topped the first session, was fourth fastest for Zengo Motorsport while the Lynk & Co trio of Yann Ehrlacher, Thed Björk and Yvan Muller occupied positions five, six and seven.
Gabriele Tarquini trailed Michelisz by two tenths of a second in eighth position while Néstor Girolami and Nathanaël Berthon rounded off the top ten, four tenths behind.
Qualifying starts at 16:45 CEST.
