Kirill Ladygin penalised for incident with Bence Boldizs

Lada Sport driver Kirill Ladygin was found responsible for the Race 2 incident at Sochi that ended Zengo Motorsport driver Bence Boldizs’ race.

The Russian driver losing control while attempting to pass Boldizs, sending the Cupra driver into the barriers and out of the race, causing a safety car intervention.

The stewards handed Ladygin a 30-second time penalty, with the Lada driver demoted from 13th to 14th place in the final race classification.
