Jose Armengol to share TLM Honda at VIR

Jose Armengol will split the driving of TLM’s new Honda Civic at Virginia International Raceway with team owner/driver David Tuaty.

Armengol will race on the Saturday, with Tuaty retaking the controls on the Sunday race.

TLM joined the World Challenge series at the last round at Mid-Ohio, taking a fourth place finish in just their first weekend of competition.

Tuaty are dipping their toes into the final rounds, in preperation of a full campaign in 2011.

“Our plan is to finish out the year strong in view of a 2011 effort with 2 cars,” said David Tuaty.

“Jose will be testing for the first time at VIR and should be very quick right out of the box. I have been racing against him for many years and I know he will give the front pack a run for their money.”
