Penalties for Ficza and Skuz after ETCC Slovakia
Ferenc Ficza and Igor Skuz have both been punished by the stewards for incidents which took place in the two races today at the Slovakiaring, with Ficza receiving a ten place grid drop at the next round in Salzburg.
The Zengõ Junior Team driver was given a ten place grid drop for his involvement in the incident at the start of race one, which saw five other drivers taken out of the race at Turn 1.
Eliminated from the race were Aurélien Comte, Dusan Borkovic, Aytac Biter, Anton Ladygin and Peter Rikli.
In a separate incident, Campos Racing’s Igor Skuz was given a five place grid drop suspended for two races for his involvement in a collision with Liqui Moly Team Engstler driver Roland Hertner on the second lap of race two at Turn 10.
