Petr Fulín continues on top at Salzburgring

Petr Fulín continues on the top spot as the FIA European Touring Car Cup field completed the second test session of the day at Salzburgring. The Krenek Motorsport driver lapped the Austrian circuit in 1:30.845 and was four tenths faster than the closest rival in the form of Dušan Borković, driving a SEAT León.

Fulín’s team mate Michal Matějovský was third fastest in the BMW 320si E90, close to five tenths from Borković in second.

Top single make trophy driver was French driver Aurélien Comte, driving a SEAT León Copa, in fourth position overall. Right behind him was the fourth fastest S2000 driver in the form of Igor Skuz, driving a SEAT León TFSi.

Top S1600 driver was Erwin Lukas with 1:42.948, driving a Citroën C2. The session ran without any major incidents, compared to the first session which was red-flagged twice.

Next up is two 30 minute free practice sessions, with the first starting at 11.00 CET.
