Fulín ahead of Borkovic in Salzburgring free practice

Petr Fulín was once again quickest as the FIA European Touring Car Cup field completed the Saturday free practice session at Salzburgring. The BMW driver was shadowed by SEAT driver Dusan Borković, with 0.326 seconds separating the two.

Mat’o Homola was third fastest, a mere eight thousands of a second ahead of the top single makes trophy driver in the form of Jordi Oriola in fourth position overall.

Oriola headed five SEAT León Copa drivers with Anton Ladygin in fifth, Aurelien Comte in sixth, Andreas Pfister in seventh and Mario Dablander in eighth.

S2000 drivers Filip Sladecka and Wolfgang Treml rounded off the top ten, with Treml being just over one second from the top time of the session.

Top S1600 driver was Gilles Bruckner in 23rd position overall, driving a Ford Fiesta.
